Daily Rate:
$295.00 per night
* Rates do not include Hawaii State Taxes (12.42%)
Cleaning Fee:
- Cleaning fees are $100.00 per stay
Reservations:
- Check-in time is at or after 4:00pm.
- Check-out time is at or before 11:00am.
- A 12.42% Hawaii State Tax will be added to the rates above.
- A security deposit of $200 is required within 14 days of booking to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellation greater than 60 days from arrival, full amount will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee.
- For cancellation between 30 and 60 days from arrival, full amount will be refunded, less the $200.00 security deposit.
- For cancellation between 15-30 days from arrival, 50% will be refunded, plus the $200.00 security deposit.
- For cancellation between 0-14 days from arrival, there will be no refund, but the $200.00 security deposit will be refunded.
- No "no shows" and no early checkouts.
Refundable Payments:
- The $200.00 security deposit will be returned 2-4 weeks after departure, given no damage or loss of item within the condo.
